Shipping policy

Delivery for in stock items is estimated to take place within 10 days of your order being placed. Where an item is being customised for you, delivery will take a little longer and will be discussed at the point of order.

We are using Proovia for deliveries so we will contact you within 24 hours after order to find a convenient date and time for the delivery. Proovia will require a telephone number for the delivery and will call to reconfirm your availability on the agreed date and time. 

Delivery is available to UK Mainland.

Collection is possible from Denham, South Bucks. Please contact prior to placing your order so we can remove the shipping charge.
